What will you learn on a DPV course?

On this course, you will learn how to prepare, transport and use a DPV without damaging yourself, the scooter or the environment.

We go through a couple of options on how to secure extras (camera, a dive light, video lights)

Also learn about navigation, teamwork while using underwater scooters.

Two options again

On the SDI Diver Propulsion Vehicle course, we will cover the basics, DPV use at a recreational level. 

On the TDI DPV course we get more into details of dive planning, what options do you havein case of DPV failure, gas share ascend, DPV rigging and so on.

How long does it take?

The SDI course takes just a day to finish.

The TDI version is 2 days

What are the prerequisites?

  • At least 15 years old
  • Certified Open Water diver

What do you need to prepare?

  • There is no manual for this course, we will cover all the necessary theory.

DPV rental is 35€ per day
